How We Ship

Our shipping team is committed to securing the lowest available shipping cost for your order while still ensuring reliable delivery. When speed is more important due to the nature of the order, we prioritize the most expedient carrier or service level instead.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with a range of trusted carriers. Shipping method and provider may vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Required delivery speed

  • Current carrier rates and service availability

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real‑time carrier rates. Because many of our products are specialty items with varying sizes and weights, these automated rates may not always reflect the lowest or most accurate cost. In some cases, promotional or flat‑rate shipping may apply.

For the most accurate pricing, we strongly recommend selecting “Request a Quote” as your payment option at checkout. This allows our team to review your order and source the best possible shipping rate. If adjustments are required, a revised draft invoice will be sent for your approval before processing.

Processing Times

  • Orders for IN STOCK items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders for special order items or items NOT in stock are typically sourced upon order confirmation and may take an extra 2-4 weeks to arrive to our warehouse, depending on availability and Country of Origin.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high‑volume periods (Advent/Lent, days surrounding Canadian statutory holidays). During these periods, we recommend reaching out to confirm projected arrival if you are in a rush to receive any items.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and depend on the carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
